Accessing Our Office

The easiest access to our space is through the Marion Court, 823 Third Avenue:

• Enter Marion Court, an open air court, and walk through the court to the southwest corner of the court, past Taco Del Mar and past Rolls n Sushi.

• Cross the sky bridge over the ally and enter through the double doors into the lobby.

• Take the elevator to the Fifth Floor.

• As you leave the elevator we are on the left, take a right at the next hallway, then another left past the stairs and through the door into our offices.

 After Business Hours

It is best to enter the building from the alley off of Marion between Third and Second Avenues.  Our entrance is across the alley from the Cascade Parking entrance.  Enter the lobby and take the elevator to the Fifth Floor.  This entrance is also open during business hours and may be used at those times too.

From I-5 Northbound

Exit on Seneca Street (Exit 165B)         Take left on Second Avenue
Arrive at 814 Second Avenue.

Parking at pay spaces on the street or in one of the many garages.

From I-5 Southbound

Exit on Union Street (Exit 165B)
Take left on Second Avenue
Arrive at 814 Second Avenue.
